Even noble movements can have massive flaws that undermine their stated objectives. The purpose of the pro-life movement is to save children from death while in their mother’s womb. However, for many, the legislative agenda doesn’t include equal protection rights for the unborn child. This is where the abolitionist movement comes in! To abolish abortion by legislatively  affirming that the 14th Amendment protections include unborn children.

This week’s episode features Bradley Pierce. Bradley is a Constitutional Attorney and the president of Foundation to Abolish Abortion and Abolish Abortion Texas. Their objective is to pass abolitionist bills in all 50 states, ensuring that the equal protection clause in the Constitution extends to unborn children, and that murdering an unborn child carries the same legal penalty as it would for any other person murdered in America.

Currently, the Foundation to Abolish Abortion has legislation in Michigan introduced by Rep. Josh Schriver H.B. 4671  “Justice for Babies in the Womb Act”.
